ABOUT DAN
Dan Fainis is the President and Founder of SmartCom Solutions in New Jersey. Dan has been fortunate enough to be a part of the moving tech industry for over two decades, providing Strategic Product and Services advise to all customers. Dan got his start in the industry early, working as an Account. Executive in the SMBS world. His first manager inspired him by telling him that he would one day become a successful Avaya Account. Executive based on his sales experience and engineering background. After extensive training and learning of all Avaya products and certifications, Dan was able to pass his courses and start his new career. Back then, he was selling Avaya phone systems and building his customer base up step by step. His network has grown and made him proud! Dan has become an SPS Elite Winner during many years, and has reliably exceeded his sales goals and quotas for products and services.
Dan is confident that his customers are happy with their telecom solutions and has heard great feedback that the SmartCom solutions have helped other businesses to grow and be more productive. He has been a trustworthy service provider and is pleased to have many repeat customers who seek his services again to make decisions for new upgrades, equipment, or services. Dan is always happy to provide his expertise as a telecom consultant for businesses large or small.
Over the years, Dan’s portfolio became more complex. He has facilitated many large collaborations and has integrated many new products and services. As such, he decided to open his own business in 2017 and hopes to put these many years of experience to good work helping customers to achieve the best solutions for their businesses. When Dan’s not working to help you communicate more clearly, he enjoys spending his time with his wife and son in Newton, NJ. He is a big soccer fan and played for many years as a child in Europe, and enjoys music, particularly jazz.
